Are you looking to join a pioneering and renowned company? A global manufacturer of award-winning products? Then look no further.

My client based in Swansea are now looking for an Administrator within their e-commerce team to ensure the timely processing of customer orders, to provide a high standard of analysis, efficient data gathering and accurate reporting and to be a point of contact for both internal and external customers.

As an E-commerce administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Timely order processing, receive and process orders from customers & confirmations in customer portals where necessary
  • Order dispatch in partnership with the UK & EU warehouse teams
  • Order invoicing
  • Tracking of orders
  • Credit and returns. Monitor customer portal for returns raised, review and credit when returns note received from warehouse
  • Manage promotional & advertising invoices in platforms
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of customer accounts & product data via Sage, customer portals & internal trackers
  • Review inventory
  • Supporting and partnering with Key Account Manager on KPIs

What you will need in order to be successful in this role:

  • Highly organized with the ability to plan and work to deadline
  • A positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt to change and a self-motivated approach.
  • Exceptional communications skills - written and verbal.
  • A genuine passion for over delivering on customer expectations and getting things right first time
  • The ability to build good working relationships through teamwork, support and collaboration.
  • Previous experience of working within a fast-paced sales support/admin environment.
  • Pro-active in nature, keen to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Competent with all MS office packages. Experience of Sage or similar would be advantageous.
  • Understanding of E-commerce/Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Advertising platform desirable
