Job Description

Vibe Recruit's client is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team and support the daily operations of the business.

In this role, you will collaborate with an established administration team, work closely with various departments within the division, and liaise remotely with Head Office. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks and addressing daily site inquiries from both colleagues and customers.

Location - Bridgend

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4:00pm

Salary - 23,500 per annum

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating sales invoices
  • Producing and reconciling supplier purchase orders
  • Answering incoming calls and handling with confidence and to a high level of professionalism
  • Handling any general administration tasks as required by the business
  • Supporting the current admin team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the site
  • Meeting and greeting site visitors

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience within a similar role in administration.
  • Attention to detail and personal high standards are important
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Good numeracy skills essential
  • Ability to demonstrate strong commitment to the Company values
