Stock Support

Birmingham Minworth

Part-Time (12-24 hours a week)

26k pro rata annual salary

A brand new Part Time vacancy for a prestigious client based in Minworth.

Main purpose of job

Working within Stock Support you are responsible for monitoring the stock levels on site and liaising with various teams to get confirmation and quick answers on stock and demands. Following the stock reports, you will place orders back with other sites on a live basis. You will be responsible for monitoring and organising the delivery slots and ensuring any delays or offloading issues are reported back swiftly and re-booked in locally with the team.

Key responsibilities & objectives

  • Integrating with the team to act as a liaison between the Customer and the manufacturing site
  • Monitoring stock levels on site at Customer
  • Place orders based on usage
  • Organizing and monitoring inbound deliveries with logistics providers
  • Project management of any new projects that occur with the products or processes for the Customer
  • Act as 1st point of call for the Customer for any daily activities related to our packaging
  • Prepare reports for monthly reviews

You will need:

  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Full clean driving license
