Global Payroll and Systems Manager

£50,000 + negotiable depending on experience

Birmingham ( hybrid )

Are you a skilled Payroll Manager with experience of managing payroll operations across multiple countries and regions? We are currently recruiting for a Global Payroll and Systems Manager to join one of the fast growing companies in the UK WHICH ALSO operates in the USA, Sweden, France, Germany, Australia, South Africa and Brazil.

As Globa​​​​​​​l Payroll and Systems Manager you will:

  • Oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple countries and regions.
  • Review, oversee and implement integrated solutions for payroll systems across the business
  • Review and manage the end-to-end Payroll platforms and systems and to customise payroll systems according to business needs
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including payroll system vendors and service providers across various UK and non-UK operations
  • Review and develop process improvement procedures and guidelines to ensure best practices are followed
  • Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead the payroll function to provide exceptional service to the business.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions.
  • Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each country.
  • Handle complex payroll scenarios, such as international assignments.

It will be beneficial if you have a strong understanding of statutory deductions, tax rates, social security requirements, and benefits regulations in different countries.
