We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work in a hybrid role ( 3 days in the office and two at home ) for an industry leading manufacturer in Romsey. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a fun, lively working environment.

This is a varied role where you will be the link between the end customer and the manufacturing facility.

As Customer Service Administrator you will:

  • Use your communication skills to full advantage when handling a variety of calls from customers on a daily basis, liaising with production, planning and logistics
  • Display attention to detail when accurately inputting details, producing quotes, updating customers on the status of their orders and organising delivery slots
  • Showcase your organisational skills when responding to emails and queries from various stakeholders
  • Be a team player and work well not only with the customer service team but also with planning, design, production and other areas in the supply chain.
  • Have a professional approach when learning the details of a variety of different manufactured products and demonstrate a first class level of customer service when explaining these different products to customers
