Are you an experienced Customer Service professional with a successful track record of working in a manufacturing environment? Does the thought of working with an award winning company with a first class product range appeal to you?

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to support a field sales team to ensure the customer journey is as seamless as possible. You'll be using your communication skills to effectively build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, the sales team and internal stakeholders.

As Customer Services Administrator you will:

• Manage customer expectations and building strong relationships with internal and external customers

• Maintain and develop customer service policies and procedures

• Manage a number of key accounts for household name clients

• Provide customer service in a multi-channel environment i.e. phone, online, web services, video chat

• Be a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer queries & account development.

Ideally you'll need:

• Experience of working within manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills with experience in maintaining client relationships.
• Experience of using CRM systems
• Excellent organisational, time management and research skills
• Excellent understanding of the product specifications, materials and process
