College Support Worker - Day Services (Term Time Only)

Do you have experience supporting young people with special education needs, complex, multiple and profound disabilities ?

This position is in a specialist post 16 college setting, with residential accommodation on site for the residents who attend the college.

As a college support working you would be working directly with the residents, following their pathway plans, developing their skills and inspiring them for their future.

You would have to provide high quality personal and intimate personal care following care plans and personal preferences for ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents.

Do you hold or would you be prepared to work towards - Health & Social Care Diploma Level 2 or 3, Literacy and Numeracy skills to level 2.

Be responsibility for your own learning and performance and fully participating in training provided by the college.
