Assembly Operatives

Due to additional customer demand, a specialist equipment manufacturer in Abingdon require Assembly Operatives, to assist with the manufacture of both standard and bespoke products.

You will be part of a small team who focus on product quality and quality of service to their customers.

Duties will include:

• The assembly and basic wiring of products, working from sample products and instructions
• The mechanical build and assembly of final systems.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic wiring and hand soldering skills ideal
• Able to use hand tools
• Good DIY or previous assembly experience
• Ability to effectively use power tools for assembly tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
